How long does a bespoke piece take?+
Most cat trees and scratchers ship within 2–3 weeks. Larger bespoke furniture commissions take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you really deliver to all of the UK for free?+
Yes — every order, no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay, delivered to your door.
Will my cat actually use it?+
We've yet to meet one who doesn't. The sheepskin perches and sisal posts are designed around how cats naturally climb, perch and scratch.
Can you match the oak tone to my existing furniture?+
Absolutely. Send us a photo or sample and we'll adjust the oil/varnish tone — or leave it raw matte if you prefer.
What if it doesn't fit perfectly?+
